All the axis are servocontrolled
The units and the table are supported by a bed made of cast-iron, quality GG25. For the removal of the chip, the bed has a system based on two spiral screw which carries the chip towards the chip conveyor situated in the back side of the machine.
The main spindles are situated at the top of each unit and are supported by two set of bearings Robust NSK with a hole of 70mm and 60mm respectively and 18º of angular contact.
The direct drive spindles are controlled by a frequency variator.
