In the the category of Wire EDM machines, ONA will exhibit two machines: one ONA AF25 and one ONA AF60 Modular.

The ONA AF60 MODULAR belongs to the large scale ONA AF series with modular design. Customers can chose between 20 different standard configurations. ONA's AF MODULAR machines offer the possibility for cutting workpieces of up to 700 mm in height in the totally submerged mode.

The ONA AF25 is the smallest model of wire EDM machine manufactured by ONA. This model, the same as all ONA AF MODULAR models, includes a high power ONA Easycut digital generator, designed and sized to reach the highest possible EDM cutting speeds (450 mm2/minute with wire with Ø 0.33 mm and 370 mm2/min with wire with Ø 0.25 mm), providing 100% electrolytic corrosion free cuts and without any detriment to cutting speed. During the fair, the ONA AF25 machine, that incorporates a rotating B-axis controlled by the CNC of the machine, will realise taper cuttings up to 47º of inclination.

In the the category of die sinking EDM machines, ONA will also exhibit two machines: one ONA NX4C, with rise ans fall working tank, that facilitates automation of all sorts of applications, and one ONA DX360. Both machines are equipped with the open control and supervision protocol ONA-S64 CNC which allows the machine to be interconnected with robots, palletization systems, plant controllers, etc. and guarantees effective movement and eroding in simultaneous 6-axis operation (c-, a-, and b-axes in addition to x, y, and z).
