1ST PHASE: Identification and preparation (1998-2001) The main step to take in this phase was to identify or perform a sectorial analysis, on which further development of the project would be based. The educational project was based on real needs of the production sector in question. A project identification report was drawn up with the results of the aforementioned sectorial analysis, covering the needs to be met as well as a future outlook for the sector.

2nd PHASE:

Performance and start up (2001-2003)

The base of the project was stablished to commence work. In this phase the civil work is done, the equipment defined for the center is sent and the activities related to the selection and training of human resources are started.

3rd PHASE:

Operating maintenance (Start in 2003)

Operational support phase for set objetives. Performing activities and rendering services to provide the training centre with enough cash flow to be able to support itself.
